Keychron Neon Night cherry profile dye-sub PBT keycap set
The deep purple is much richer in person than on screen, and the dye-sub legends are crisp. I've been using them for a week and the PBT feels dense and smooth under my fingers.
The texture on these caps is perfect — that subtle PBT grain gives just enough grip without feeling rough. I love how the legends pop under my desk lamp, and the 140-key coverage meant I could outfit my full layout with zero leftover keys.
The dye-sub legends are incredibly crisp and vibrant up close, way better than I expected for the price. The PBT texture feels slightly matte and grippy, which is perfect for my sweaty fingers during long gaming sessions.
The spacebar came perfectly straight with no warping, and the color is a deep, uniform purple that looks even better in person. Installed these on my daily board and the PBT texture feels great under my fingers.
The dye-sub legends are crisp and sharp, even on those tricky secondary symbols. I’ve been typing on them for a week and the PBT texture feels nicely matte, not slippery at all. The full set covers my 75% board without any missing keys.
The deep, muted purple color looks even better in person than on screen, and the full 140-key set means I had plenty of spares for my odd-sized board. They feel solid and slightly textured under my fingers, much nicer than the glossy stock caps I was using before.
The texture on these caps is surprisingly pleasant—smooth but with just enough grip for long typing sessions. I was worried the legends might fade quickly, but after a few weeks they still look crisp and sharp.
The deep purple actually looks more like a dark galaxy in person — way better than the product photos suggested. I’ve been using them for a week and the dye-sub legends haven’t faded at all, even with heavy typing. The 140-key set covered my odd layout perfectly.
The dye-sub legends are crisp and perfectly aligned, even on the odd-sized keys. I swapped these in for my daily driver and the cherry profile makes typing feel noticeably more natural than OEM. The set had every key I needed for my 75% board without any extras missing.
The PBT texture feels pleasantly matte and slightly grippy under my fingers, not shiny or slick at all. I swapped them onto my board and the deep, muted thock is noticeably richer than with my old ABS set. Only wish the spacebars came in a couple more color options.
