Finally got around to installing this in my Q2 Max and the difference in sound is night and day. The silicone bottom case foam really cleaned up the hollow ping, and the plate foam made the typing feel more solid. Was expecting a subtle change, but this kit delivered a noticeable acoustic upgrade for a very reasonable price.

Put this in my Q2 and the low-end rattle I'd been chasing is finally gone. The force break material was super easy to cut and apply, took maybe five minutes. Really cleaned up the sound profile without making it feel dead.

I was worried the case foam might be too thick, but it fit perfectly inside my Q2 and instantly cut down that hollow echo. The PE foam sheet was a breeze to install and added a nice thock without making the keys feel mushy.

The gasket mount material feels noticeably more responsive than stock, and the silicone bottom sheet killed that hollow echo completely. Took ten minutes to install with just a screwdriver.

The sound difference is honestly night and day after installing this kit—my keyboard went from clacky to a deep, satisfying thock. The case foam and silicone dampener fit perfectly with no fuss. Typing feels much more premium now, exactly what I was hoping for.

The packing was neat and each foam piece was clearly labeled, which made installation straightforward. Swapping out the stock plate for the POM one gave the keyboard a noticeably deeper, poppier sound. Exactly the upgrade my board needed.

I was worried the case might feel heavier, but the extra weight actually makes the board sit rock-solid on my desk. The PE foam sheet cut down the hollowness noticeably, giving each keystroke a deeper, more satisfying thud.
