Finally got to test every switch side-by-side on the included holder—the clear keycaps make it really easy to see the stem color differences. Took me a while to decide but the tactile ones from Gateron and Kailh were way more distinct than I expected.
I was surprised how much variety there actually is between the Gateron and Kailh switches once you feel them side by side. The holder keeps everything organized, and the transparent keycaps make it easy to see the stem colors.
Having all 100 switches laid out in the holder makes it so easy to compare the feel of Gaterons against Kailhs side by side. The transparent keycaps let me actually see the stem colors, which is helpful when I’m trying to decide between linear and tactile options.
I’ve been going through these switches for hours and the variety is amazing—the tactile bump on the Gateron Browns feels completely different from the Kailh Box Whites. The transparent keycaps make it easy to see the stem colors without pulling them off. A solid way to decide what to buy next.
The labeled tray makes it easy to compare all 100 switches side-by-side without mixing them up. I’m surprised by how much smoother the Gateron yellows feel than the Cherry reds I’m used to. This tester saved me from buying a whole keyboard with switches I’d hate.
I've been switching out different switches as I build my first mechanical keyboard, and this tester makes it so easy to feel the difference between linear, tactile, and clicky in one sitting. The holder itself is sturdy enough that nothing rattles around when I'm comparing Gateron yellows to Kailh box whites.
Finally got to try out box jades without committing to a full board—that click bar feel is addictive. The holder is also sturdier than I expected for this many switches.
I was surprised by how many rare Kailh switches are included here — perfect for comparing linears side by side. The transparent keycaps let me actually see the stem colors, which made identifying each switch much easier than I expected.
Blind-buying switches online is always a gamble, so this set lets me actually feel the difference between linear, tactile, and clicky in one go. I was surprised how much smoother the Gateron yellows felt compared to the basic reds I’ve used before. Perfect for deciding what to put in my next build.
Finally, a way to physically compare clicky vs. tactile without watching another YouTube video. The holder is solid and keeps everything organized, though I wish it came with a small chart to identify each switch by feel alone.
