I was worried these would feel mushy like other silent switches, but the tactile bump is clean and crisp. The dampening is so good I can type late at night without waking anyone up.
I was skeptical about silent switches being mushy, but these have a satisfying tactile bump and the stem wobble is virtually nonexistent. The softer landing really helps during late-night typing sessions.
The dampened bottom-out is noticeably softer than my previous switches, making late-night typing sessions much quieter. They feel smooth right out of the box without needing any lubrication.
Installed these in my daily driver and the difference is night and day—my coworkers actually commented that they didn’t hear me typing anymore. The pre-lubed stems feel incredibly smooth right out of the box, no scratchiness at all.
The bottom-out on these is so soft it’s almost like typing on a cloud, but I still get that satisfying tactile bump. My coworkers haven’t glared at me once since I swapped these in.
