Pulled off a nice set of keycaps without any drama. The Cherry profile feels comfortable for long typing sessions, and the PBT doubleshot legends are crisp with no fuzziness.
The PBT material feels noticeably thicker and more durable than the cheap ABS sets I've used before. The cherry profile makes it much easier to type quickly without bottoming out harshly.
The deep cherry red is even richer in person than the product photos showed, and the texture feels solid under my fingers. I swapped these onto my 60% board and every key fit perfectly, even the smaller modifiers.
Finally, a PBT keycap set that actually feels premium and not cheap plastic. The dye-sub legends on these are crisp and perfectly aligned, and the cherry profile makes typing much more comfortable for long sessions.
I was a bit worried the lighter colors would look cheap, but the Royal set has a sophisticated, rich tone that photographs even better. The PBT texture feels wonderfully matte and non-slip under my fingers during long typing sessions.
The moment I dropped these on my board, the smooth matte finish of the PBT felt noticeably more premium than my old ABS set. The sculpted row profile makes typing much more natural, and the dye-sub legends are crisp with zero bleed. Only wish the caps lock had a small light window, but the color scheme is so vibrant I’m okay with it.
Finally, a keycap set that actually covers my 65% layout without missing the weird right shift key. The texture is noticeably grippier than my old ABS set, which helps my fingers stay put during long typing sessions.
